Countries Offering eVisa and ETA to Romania
An eVisa allows travelers to apply and receive visa approval entirely online. You don’t need to go to an embassy or consulate to get it. Just apply online, and once approved, you’ll get it by email. You can either save it on your phone or print it out and show it when you arrive at the airport.
An ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is a quick pre-travel pass. It allows you to visit a country without getting a visa in advance. You can apply for the ETA, and once you arrive, you can get your actual visa from immigration at the airport or border.
An ETA can be applied for online in the same way as an eVisa, and the approval is sent directly to your email. With an eVisa, you can travel at any time during its valid period, but an У ETA есть конкретные сроки. You must enter the destination country within that period for it to remain valid.
If you don’t travel within the allowed time on your ETA, it expires. That means you’ll need to apply for a new one before you can travel.
