Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eVisas (website evisas.com) and our mobile apps (together, "the Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

  • "eVisas", "we", "us", "our" — eVisas, a digital visa-advisory service operating since 2016, operated by TravelRox, Inc.

  • "you", "your" — the person who accesses, registers for, or uses the Service.

  • "the Service" — the eVisas online visa-application assistance provided through the evisas.com website and our mobile apps.

  • "Government Fee" — the fee set by the relevant government or issuing authority for a visa, which we collect and pass on as part of your order.

  • "Service Fee" — the fee we charge for our application assistance, processing, and support, charged together with the Government Fee.

About eVisas

eVisas is a private visa-advisory and assistance service operated by TravelRox, Inc. We help you prepare, review, and submit visa applications for a range of destinations and visa types, including tourist, business, transit, student, and work visas. Our role is to assist you with completing your application accurately, handling your documents, and submitting your application to the relevant authority on your behalf.

  • We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any government agency.

  • We do not issue visas and we do not decide the outcome of any application.

  • Government Fees and processing times are set by the relevant issuing authority, not by us.

  • We do not guarantee that your visa will be approved or that you will be granted entry. The final decision rests solely with the relevant authority.

Your account

To use the Service, you need an eVisas account. You can register with your email address and a password, confirmed by a 6-digit email verification code, or sign in using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Where your device supports it, you may also enable passkey or biometric login. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Applications for minors must be created and submitted by a responsible adult who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms, for fraud, or for other misuse of the Service. When you hold an account, you agree that:

  • You provide accurate and current registration details and keep them up to date.

  • You keep your password, verification codes, and any passkey or biometric credentials secure and confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

  • You notify us promptly at support@evisas.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The Service

Through the Service, we provide application assistance for various destinations and visa types. What we do not do: we are not the deciding authority — we do not grant, refuse, or guarantee visas, and we do not control government fees, processing times, or entry decisions. Depending on the visa and destination you choose, the Service includes:

  • A dynamic application form that adapts to the destination, visa type, and your answers.

  • Secure upload and private storage of the documents you need to provide, such as passport scans and photos.

  • An automated OCR (optical character recognition) service that reads your passport pages to help pre-fill form fields, which you can review and correct.

  • Review and processing of your application, and submission to the relevant authority.

  • Status tracking so you can follow your application's progress.

  • Different processing options or tiers that may be offered at checkout, which can affect the price and the estimated turnaround time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information and documents you submit through the Service. You remain responsible for reviewing your application before submission and for the accuracy of the data you provide, and submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may lead to refusal by the authority and to suspension of your account. You agree that:

  • You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

  • The documents you upload are genuine, valid, and belong to the applicant.

  • You respond promptly to any request for additional information from us or from the relevant authority.

  • You comply with the immigration laws and entry requirements of your destination.

  • You understand that an approved visa does not guarantee entry, and that overstaying or violating the terms of a visa can carry penalties imposed by the relevant authority.

Fees and payment

Each order consists of a Government Fee plus a Service Fee, charged together. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

  • Payments are processed through Stripe using a supported card. By placing an order, you authorize the total amount shown at checkout to be charged.

  • We do not store your card numbers. Stripe handles your card details securely on our behalf.

  • Where different processing options or tiers are offered, the price and estimated turnaround you select are shown before you pay.

  • If a price is displayed in error, we may correct it and contact you before processing your order; you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

  • We may refuse or limit an order, for example where we suspect fraud or where an order breaches these Terms.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In general, Government Fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the relevant authority, because those fees are set and collected by that authority. For full details of when and how refunds apply, including any Service Fee refunds, please read the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, forms, and the eVisas name and logo, is owned by or licensed to TravelRox, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own visa applications. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Service except as needed to use it normally.

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service by automated means.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents.

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

  • Impersonate another person or apply on their behalf without authority.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.

  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or abuse the Service.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or circumvent the security of, the Service or any account.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. In particular:

  • We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved, that you will be granted entry, or that any specific timeline will be met. Approval decisions, government fees, and processing times are set and controlled by the relevant authority.

  • While we work to keep information on the Service accurate and current, it may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date details, and requirements can change without notice.

  • You use the Service and rely on its information at your own risk, and you remain responsible for verifying the requirements that apply to your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill.

  • We are not liable for the decisions, fees, timelines, or actions of any government or issuing authority, or for consequences arising from inaccurate information or documents you provide.

Protecting yourself from fraud

Your security matters to us. If you receive a suspicious message, payment request, or contact claiming to be from eVisas, do not act on it — report it to us at support@evisas.com. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Our only official channels are the evisas.com website (and our official mobile apps) and email from support@evisas.com.

  • We never ask you to pay through unofficial channels. Payments are only taken through the Service at checkout.

  • We never ask for your full password or verification codes by email.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York, United States.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to our practices, or to legal requirements. When we make changes, we update the version published on the Service, and the "last reviewed" date shown reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
