Overview
eVisas (evisas.com) is an online visa-application service operated by TravelRox, Inc., 169 Madison Avenue, STE 2883, New York, NY 10016, USA. eVisas is a private visa-advisory service that prepares, reviews, and processes your application — it is not a government agency, embassy, or issuing authority. Payments are processed securely through Stripe in US dollars. All refund requests are assessed by our team against the terms set out in this policy. This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. Every order you place is made up of two separate charges:
Government Fee — set by and paid to the issuing authority for your visa or travel authorization. eVisas collects this on your behalf and passes it to the relevant government.
Service Fee — eVisas's charge for preparing, reviewing, and processing your application and for the support we provide throughout.
Government fees
Government Fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority. These amounts are paid directly to the government and are outside eVisas's control, so we cannot recover or refund them after submission.
Service fees
Because we begin work on your application as soon as you submit it, Service Fees are generally non-refundable. Approval of a visa does not guarantee entry — entry decisions rest entirely with border officials, and eVisas is not responsible for them. The following terms apply:
A partial refund of up to 70% of the Service Fee may be granted only where eVisas is unable to process your application because of our own service failure. The remaining portion reflects the time and effort already spent on your application, along with transaction and processing charges and currency-conversion costs that cannot be recovered.
No refund after a decision. Once the authority or embassy approves or refuses your application, the Service Fee is non-refundable. Authorities do not disclose the reasons for a refusal, and a refusal is not a service failure on our part.
No refund for inaccurate information or ineligibility. We cannot refund the Service Fee where your application fails because the information or documents you provided were inaccurate or incomplete, or because you are ineligible for the visa you applied for.
Non-refundable situations
The following are not refundable:
Any order once the authority or embassy has issued a decision, whether your application is approved or refused.
Refusals by the authority or embassy, which do not disclose their reasons and are not a service failure on our part.
Applications that fail because the information or documents you provided were inaccurate or incomplete, or because you are ineligible.
A change of mind after we have begun work on your application.
Entry being refused at the border, which is decided solely by border officials and is outside eVisas's control.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are reviewed by our team and returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Once a refund is approved, please allow a reasonable number of business days for it to appear, as the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at support@evisas.com — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us may result in a counter-dispute and the suspension of your account and any pending applications. Reaching out to our team is always the fastest way to reach a resolution.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@evisas.com with your order or application ID and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request against this policy and respond with the outcome.
