Appeal Policy

At eVisas.com, we are committed to delivering efficient and reliable visa application services. However, we recognize that visa rejections may happen. To support our customers in such situations, we provide an appeal policy in a few selected countries where appeals are permitted.

Eligibility for Refund Appeal: If your visa application is refused or rejected, you may be eligible to appeal for reapplying in a few selected countries.

Appeal Charge: A non-refundable appeal charge of 30 – 40% of your visa fees will be applied. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with the appeal.

The Appeal Policy is eligible for the following countries. The country list will occasionally be updated according to the destination’s immigration and embassy policies.

• Appeals must be submitted within the specific timeframe and supported by necessary documents. Further details will be provided during the appeal process.
• Approval of an appeal is not guaranteed and is subject to the respective country’s policies and regulations.
