As a User, You agreed to the following scenarios and commit to provide any kind of cooperation needed as per the situation:

• During the review process, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of the Destination Country might ask for more documents from visa applicants. If this happens, eVisas.com will let applicants know and ask them to provide the needed documents quickly. These documents must be given to the ICA for their review. Keep in mind that providing additional documents may take more time, so applicants should send them quickly to avoid delays in their visa processing.
• Sometimes, the ICA of the Destination Country may take longer than usual to process a visa application without giving a reason. It’s important to note that ICA doesn’t speed up the review process through phone calls or inquiries. The time it takes to approve a visa can vary due to the number of applications and approvals during processing. Also, how easily ICA officers can complete a detailed background check can affect processing time.
• As a Destination Country eVisa applicant, I confirm that all the information and documents I provided for this application are accurate, true, and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that giving complete and honest information is crucial for the visa process. I know that any false or misleading information could lead to my application being rejected and might have legal consequences. I take full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the details and documents I provided, and I understand that the immigration authorities might verify the information given.
• By agreeing to this, I promise not to misuse controlled drugs or participate in any political or other activities during my stay in the Destination Country that would make me an undesirable or prohibited immigrant under the Immigration Act. I understand that the Destination Country has strict laws about drug control and political activities, and I will follow these laws and regulations during my time there. I know that breaking these rules can lead to legal consequences, including deportation and being banned from entering the Destination Country. I understand my responsibility to follow the laws and regulations of the Destination Country and to behave lawfully and responsibly during my stay.
• By accepting this agreement, I promise to follow the rules in the Immigration Act and any other regulations or changes in the Destination Country. I understand the importance of following the immigration laws in the Destination Country and know that not doing so can lead to legal consequences, like being denied entry or deported. I also promise not to engage in any criminal activities while in the Destination Country. I understand that criminal activities are strictly forbidden and punishable by law. I will behave lawfully and responsibly during my stay in the Destination Country, respecting the country’s laws and promoting a safe environment.
• As part of this agreement, I promise not to work, run a business, or have any job in the Destination Country without a valid work pass issued under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (Cap. 91A). I understand that working without the proper work pass is against the Destination Country’s immigration laws and regulations. I know that only people with valid work passes can work in the Destination Country. I will not engage in any work or related activities unless authorized. I understand that working without permission can lead to serious penalties, including fines, deportation, and future bans on entering the Destination Country.
• I understand that overstaying or working illegally in the Destination Country is a serious offense with severe consequences. If convicted of these offenses, penalties include mandatory imprisonment and caning. I understand how serious these penalties are and their impact on my personal and legal status. Therefore, I will comply with the Destination Country’s immigration laws, making sure I maintain lawful status and avoid any actions that could result in overstaying or unauthorized employment. I understand that following the Destination Country’s laws is essential for maintaining a positive and lawful presence there.
• I understand that applying for and getting a visa does not guarantee entry into the Destination Country. The decision to let me enter the Destination Country is up to the immigration authorities at the entry point. Even with a valid visa, entry can be denied due to security concerns, incomplete or inaccurate documentation, or not meeting entry requirements. I know that having a visa is not a guarantee of entry, and the immigration officer makes the final decision. Therefore, I will ensure I meet all necessary requirements and have the correct supporting documents ready for inspection when I arrive in the Destination Country, knowing that entry depends on the immigration authorities’ discretion.

We will keep certain data you send to our Services to manage and improve them. We also keep data related to how you use our Services. While we regularly back up data, you are responsible for all data you send or that relates to your activities on our Services. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your data, and you waive any right to take legal action against us for such issues.

All fees paid for the visa application are non-refundable. Applicants are encouraged to thoroughly review the eligibility requirements and submit all necessary documents to improve their chances of approval.

Please note that if your visa application is rejected, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of the Destination Country will not provide any reason or justification for the denial. This policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions are made. The decision to reject a visa application is at the sole discretion of the immigration authorities, and they are not required to disclose the specific reasons for the rejection.

In cases where your visa application cannot be processed and must be canceled, we may issue a refund under certain conditions. However, the refund amount will be reduced by any transaction fees incurred. We strive to process refunds promptly, but please be aware of potential delays due to weekends or public holidays. For further questions or concerns about the refund process, please contact our customer support team.

• Hotel Booking Service Fees: No refunds will be issued for hotel booking service fees, regardless of the outcome of your visa application. Once the service is booked, the payment is non-refundable, even if there are changes or decisions regarding your visa application.
• Flight Booking Service Fees: Refunds for flight booking services will not be issued, regardless of whether your visa application is approved or rejected. Once the flight booking service fee is confirmed, it is non-refundable, irrespective of your visa status. Please consider this policy when making flight reservations.
• Other Additional Services: For any other services, current or future, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you have used the service or are about to use it.
