Visa Processing and Refunds

Please note that eVisas.com does not issue refunds if your visa application is rejected by the Immigration and/or Embassy. The rejection of an application can occur due to reasons such as insufficient documentation, failure to meet eligibility criteria, or other grounds determined by the Immigration and/or Embassy. The fees paid for the visa application are non-refundable under these circumstances.

Applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly review all eligibility requirements and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided to maximize their chances of visa approval.

The Immigration and/or Embassy does not disclose the specific reasons for visa rejections. This policy is strictly implemented, and no exceptions are made. The decision to reject a visa application is solely at the discretion of the Immigration and/or Embassy.

If eVisas.com is unable to process your visa application for reasons attributable to our services, a partial refund of 70% of the visa processing fees may be issued. However, 30% of the fee is non-refundable, covering the time and effort involved in processing your application, refund penalties, transaction charges, and currency conversion fees.

Refunds are processed on the 10th and 25th of every month. If these dates fall on weekends or public holidays, the refund will be issued on the next working day. For any inquiries regarding the refund process, please contact our support team.

Refund Policy for Additional Services

  • Hotel Booking Service Fees: No refunds will be issued for hotel booking services, regardless of the outcome of your visa application. Once this service is confirmed, payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • Flight Booking Service Fees: Refunds are also not applicable for flight booking services, irrespective of whether your visa is approved or rejected. Please take this into account when making flight reservations.
  • Other Additional Services: For any other services offered by eVisas.com, refunds are not available once the service is confirmed or utilized.

Dispute Policy

eVisas.com does not accept disputes related to visa applications or additional services. Initiating a dispute will result in an immediate counter-dispute with the client’s financial institution and may also lead to a ban on the client’s passport for future visa applications or related services.
