The eVOA is an electronic Visa on Arrival - the same visa you could get at the airport desk, but approved online in advance and emailed to you. Having it ready means you skip the on-arrival payment queue and head straight to immigration.

No. The eVOA is accepted at Indonesia's designated international airports and seaports - such as Bali (Ngurah Rai) and Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta) - not at every entry point. Check that your arrival airport or port is on the eVOA list.

Yes. If you visit Bali, the province charges a one-off tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person, separate from your visa. You can pay it online before arrival or at the airport. We do not collect it - just budget for it.

Three things: a passport valid six months with two facing blank pages, a recent 4 x 6 cm colour photo, and proof of an onward or return flight. No bank statement, invitation letter or insurance is required.

No. Bank statements, income proof, a letter of invitation and travel insurance are not required for the eVOA. The onward-ticket and passport requirements are the ones that matter.

Yes. The eVOA covers tourism, business visits (meetings and conferences), family visits, government visits and transit. Paid employment needs a different work-permit route.
