About Sweden Passport
The Swedish passport is one of the strongest in the world, ranked around 3rd on the Henley Passport Index, with visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to roughly 120+ destinations. As an EU and Schengen member, Sweden gives its citizens full freedom of movement across the bloc, and the Nordic Passport Union adds easy travel across Scandinavia.
Only a focused group of countries still asks Swedish travellers for an online eVisa or eTA - and those are exactly the ones we handle for you. Wherever you travel, keep your passport valid for at least six months from your arrival date.

As an EU and Schengen member, Sweden gives its citizens full freedom of movement across the bloc on a passport or national identity card, with no border checks between most member states. Through the Nordic Passport Union, you can also travel in Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway on an ID card alone.
Because Sweden is an EU country, Swedish travellers never need ETIAS for Europe. Further afield, Sweden is in the US Visa Waiver Program, so an ESTA covers the United States, and Britain now requires the UK ETA before you fly.
