Visa Requirements for Turkmen Citizens

Turkmen citizens can travel to other destinations by using different types of entry permissions. These include applying online for an eVisa ou Autorisation de voyage électronique (AVE), getting a Visa à l'arrivée (VOA), or visiting a foreign embassy or consulate for a regular visa.

At present, Turkmen citizens can travel visa-free to 11 countries. They can also apply online for an eVisa or ETA à visiter 65 countrieset get a Visa on Arrival en 18 pays.

If a regular visa is needed, travelers must visit the ambassade ou consulat of the destination country. In some cases, appointments can be booked online before visiting.

To enter any foreign country, a Turkmen passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival.

General Visa Requirements for Turkmen Citizens

Some general visa requirements are the same in every country. Turkmen citizens traveling abroad fulfill the requirements stated below:
